DELIVERY OF PACKAGES

All our products are shipped within England with 6-12 days trackable shipping if the product is in stock. If the product is not in stock in our English warehouse, your product will be sent from our foreign warehouse after 1-6 days with 6-18 days trackable shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link where you can track your order.

PICKING UP YOUR PARCEL

If for any reason you do not collect your parcel from the postal agent and it has been returned, we will charge a fee of GBP 35.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED DESPITE PROOF OF DELIVERY

If your order has not been received and we have proof that it has been delivered (as evidenced by proof of delivery from our carrier), we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the delivery has been made. In these cases, we regret that we cannot provide any compensation or remedy.
